It has power jack, power levelers, power awning, heavy duty steps for the main entrance, built in central vac, interior and exterior speakers, entrance into the bathroom from outside, tub and shower, double full bunks, leather furniture, 32 inch TV, built in electric fireplace, 14 ft slide-out, full queen size brand new mattress, dual propane tanks, dual batteries, larger 15,000 BTU air conditioner and many more. Also giving all power cords, water hoses, wheel chocks, levers, sewer hose, two large outdoor rugs and weight distribution hitch. Only issues are the screen on the front door is ripped and two blinds inside need repair.
