RV Description

The Siesmic 4113 RV is capable of hauling at least one, or more, of your favorite toys along with everything else you need to make your RV experience comfortable and convenient for your family and friends. I pull the toy hauler with my Ford F250 Platinum truck with a single rear axle, and it has plenty of power to pull it over the highways you might wish to travel. The one major upgrade to this RV is the Flexarmor roofing material which is warranted to not leak for the life of the unit. If it should happen to get a leak just take it to the nearest Flexarmor location to have it repaired at no charge.

Garage: I used it to haul my Honda Goldwing trike motorcycle. The garage doubles for plenty of queen size bed spaces with one on the lower level and another above it. While not hauling the trike I used this space for a home office with a desk and a half bathroom. To the left of the bathroom door there are connections for a washer dryer unit if so desired. While the beds are raised a dining room table is available for all your family and friends. There is a patio to the rear of the garage with a fenced play area and steps to ground level at the rear of the patio. Outside there is an attached kitchen with a multiunit propane stovetop and BBQ grill. There is no separate propane tank. The propane line is connected to the piping routed below the RV from the front tanks. Around the corner there are two 30 gallon gas tanks, one for the generator fuel and the other for fueling up your toys using a electric gas pump in a separate door enclosure next to the fuel tanks

Rear Patio: The deck used to load and unload your toys also serves as a rear patio with safety fencing and a rear stairway to ground level. A cable on eachside of the deck is unhooked to lower the deck to load and unload but is hooked back up for the patio and close the rear door for traveling. The outdoor kitchen swings around to the back and secures during travel.

Living Room: The living room is large with a four person couch and has an oversized TV directly across from the couch. A nice fireplace is below the TV and provides plenty of heat for chilly nights. Across from the couch and main entry door is a set of sliding glass doors which leads to the integrated side patio. This area can hold several chairs and a few small tables for drinks and snacks while watching the outside TV. All speakers are controlled from a separate amplifier and directs sound to the various areas of the RV living room and side patio TVs and speakers. Undernear the bottom step to the kitchen there is a connection for the vacuum system.

Kitchen: The kitchen has a 21 cu/ft residential refrigerator with an icemaker. The power is provided while traveling with an inverter which runs off of the 12v power. There is a pantry to the left of the refrigerator with plenty of storage space for canned goods and other necessities. The kitchen includes a large microwave and has a convection oven setting. The stove has three propane burners and an oversized oven for larger cooking needs. There is ample cabinet space to the right of the stove as well as cabinets above and below the counter space to the right. There are lots of cabinet space below the sink. Counter space provides much more than you will find in other RVs.

Master bedroom and bath: The bath has one of the largest showers available along with a large sink cabinet and mirrored medicine cabinet with lights around the mirror. The ceiling exhaust fan ventilates the room well. The bed has an upgraded mattress which lifts up for storage underneath. . There are two closets for hanging clothes and a drawer below it for smaller clothes such as socks, underwear, etc. Additionally, there are several drawers on either side of bed as well as above bed cabinets.

Outside Storage: The front houses the ONAN 5kw generator providing all the power you need to run all three AC units. There is some additional storage to the left side of the generator and to the right is space for the batteries and other maintenance needs. On the left front side are compartments for hoses, electrical cords, sewer disposal hoses and other routing maintenance needs. Toward the front there is a compartment door which houses the water and control levers depending on what type of camping you are doing. The propane cannisters are behind the small doors on each side of the RV. A propane furnace provides plenty of heat for colder nights. Two large storage compartments on the right side of the RV ahead of the main door have been upgraded to include slide out trays to make reaching items in the back easier. The front taller compartment also has two 5 gallon water containers for potable water for the icemaker and drinking faucets. To the rear of the main stairs is the patio door which can be lowered for access to the sliding door and recreation area with a large TV

Cameras: There are 4 cameras, one on the rear, one on left side, one on right side and one in the garage. A monitor ot view the images is also included and is connected to the truck wiring to view the camera images even when in motion.

Tire Pressure and Temperature Monitor: Each tire on the RV has sensors for pressure and temp which can be monitored from the truck. The monitor is included but must be connected to your tow vehicle.

Other Options: If you have a Ford truck which has the Ford frame mounted hardware to hitch and pull the RV, I will include the hitch which mounts directly into the bed frame of the truck. Should you need a truck please ask about an option to purchase my truck should a tow vehicle be needed
