Heartland Trail Runner 292 SLE. Purchased new in 2018; one owner. Travelled from west to east coast and parked since. Fewer than 3,000 travel miles. Although advertised as 3 season, Owner spent 2 winters in a cold and snowy climate while renovating a house with extra rugs with no casualties, furnace worked beautifully and no frozen pipes or uncomfortable living. Exterior plumbing pipes replaced with interior pipes and an interior hose connection (with heated hose worked perfectly, no issues). 34 feet stem to stern. Electric winch.

Upgrades include removal of double rear bunks and replaced with an office and storage area. Front hutch and door between living and sleeping area removed for easier access. Factory couch and dinette removed for mor comfortable living area, currently sleeps 2 and a baby on a double bed (no mattress). New owner can add a double bed to office floor and futon/ couch with bed for additional sleeping areas.

Considered an off road camper it has an 18 clearance for outback boondocking. 4 wheels with spare tire. Exterior decals removed as were interior valances; mini blinds replaced with light filtering shads. Standard grey/ black. Purple under chassis lights. Comes with 2 bike rack. Custom hitch with premium sway bars. In spite of its size it tows beautifully. Upgraded porcelain toilet. New 3 burner stove with vent fan never used. Large gas/ elec/ 12 V fridge/ freezer. Comes with 42 Vizio TV. CE/Radio/ DVD and LED awning light needs replacement. Everything else works perfectly. Would make great hunting/ fishing camp lodge or family trailer.
