My 2014 Iconic is the Wide Body Light 2716CRG made from aluminum construction and is a toy hauler bumper pull which was bought new and I have been the only owner. This RV is unlike any other bumper pull at this weight of 7300 pounds and 27 foot length because it has 13' 2' of cargo which is unavailable in any toy hauler this size. I fit my 4 seater Polaris turbo and two 500 KTM bikes. I have the pink slip in hand and the vehicle registration is valid until November 2025. I will include the top of the line hitch with sway bar by Equilizer which is about $1,000.

This RV is designed for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy bringing along their toys on their adventures. With its spacious interior and durable construction for extended trips. It has 100 gallons fresh water, 50 grey and 50 black. It has an Onan 4000 in mint condition as it does not any service.

It has three queen size beds that sleeps 6 comfortably or 7 if someone of a smaller size wants the couch. It has a front bedroom with a queen bed (not an RV size queen bed) and the best part is a walk through bathroom with a shower that fits an adult who is 6'6". It is well-appointed living area with modern amenities and stylish finishes. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and ample storage space, making meal preparation a breeze. It has a stove, oven and microwave as many newer RV's do not have an oven.

The overall layout of the RV is well-thought-out and makes efficient use of space, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a 40 gallon fuel station and two large propane tanks. There is nothing that needs to be serviced as I had planned a trip and everything is turn key and filled. It includes completely filled propane with new tanks (as they expire every twelve years), two new AGM 12 volt batteries, 40 gallons of premium fuel and a generator that needs no service until the next oil change.

It has large windows, automatic awning and awning lights. It has a roof ladder and fully covered weather vents. The spare tire is new and in great condition. Automatic low pressure hook up for BBQ via propane tanks.

The RV is in excellent condition.
