This has been an Awesome camper but it is time for me to downsize. I bought it new and had plenty of enjoyment with it. When it is not in use it has spent its life under the RV Port, which is included in the price listed, just needs to be moved. this unit comes with the optional extra recliner and built in generator which means you are completely self contained no matter where you are. I had a power jack and Much needed second roof mounted A/C above the Bedroom.

The floor plan is open, has one slide, great size Fridge, good size bathroom with large shower. Bedding for 6, the master bedroom has a king for all the space you need. I also added a TV in the bedroom and one in the living area which is easily removed and placed on the mount on the outside of the camper. The power awning is in excellent shape which opens and closes perfectly.

I am completely getting out of the RV lifestyle so Everything you need comes with it. The weight transfer hitch, all the bedding and linens needed. Also, cookware, dishes, and utensils. I am also including all the hook ups and extensions, and blocks you would need to park this thing anywhere. Also, a great portable propane grill with flat top and grill to cook whatever you want.

This is one of the cleanest pre-owned units you will find! No soft places in the walls or floor and the roof is in excellent shape with now issues. Keeping a camper parked out of weather as much as possible makes all the difference and don't let anyone tell you any different!
