26 foot, no slides, 25B model with 38,000 miles on the Ford E350 chassis with 5000 lbs towing capacity. Easy to drive, well maintained and in great condition, no leaks or known issues of any kind. Fully self contained with tons of storage and very usable space. Plenty of tank capacity to allow for worry-free boondocking.

Includes solar panels that charge the 2 coach batteries, a brand new AGM chassis battery, a Cummins Onan 4000 generator, and a Xantrex XM1000 inverter. 2 roof vent covers keep the air moving even when it's raining and the 15,000 BTU ac unit is ready when needed. The large fridge with separate freezer provides more than adequate refrigeration. The 3 burner gas stove and microwave will keep you cooking.

All 6 tires were replaced a year ago (~2500mi) and come with a transferrable warranty. I may include a new RV nav system by Garmin (used twice, $500). Secondary smaller dinette was replaced with a roomy couch, which hides 2 safety belts for use during travel inside the added under-seat storage. If more dining space is needed, the items to convert back are included.

No smoking, no pets. I'm not sure the TVs work; we never use them. Manual stabilizer jacks installed and comes with wheel chocks for leveling. Awning is about 1 year old.
