This single owner, annually waxed, beautiful and well maintained 40-foot Dutch Star is built on a XC-R Freightliner chassis and includes a tag axle and Newmars Comfort Drive steering for a very comfortable and stable ride. The powerful Cummins ISL 8.9L engine provides plenty of power to pull a toad up those mountainous roads. Strong winds and steep hills are no challenge for this coach which has been driven 99,000 miles.

The living area features a full-wall slide on the driver side, and slides in the front and back on the passenger side for spacious living quarters. Also included is a mid-bath with a macerator toilet which is accessible with the slides in or out. The Euro booth dinette and the door side fold and tumble sofa bed have been recently reupholstered with ultra-leather, and new electric theater seating was installed opposite an upgraded 46 Sony Smart TV mounted on a televator. This all-electric RV includes a Maytag residential refrigerator, convection microwave and electric stove. There are 4 extra batteries (total of 8 batteries) powered by a 2800-watt inverter, 320 watts of solar panels and 8K Onan generator (950 hours).

The bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed, 40 Sony TV and plenty of storage for clothing and personal belongings. The rear bathroom includes a large closet, macerator toilet, spacious shower and a stackable Whirlpool washer and dryer.
The cockpit contains reupholstered electric powered driver and passenger seats, which when combined with an adjustable steering wheel and movable pedals provides a comfort for any size driver or passenger. Both front seats can rotate when the slides are out and each have automated footrests. Passenger footrest operates while on the road. Also included in the front is a 40 Sony overhead TV and a Sony Soundbar. All TVs throughout the RV can be supplied by the Winegard DirecTV Satellite Dish.

Outside, this Dutch Star has been well maintained with annual exterior waxing and detailing. The front clear plastic bra is in great shape and the fiberglass roof has been recently serviced/resealed. Just as impressive is the large patio awning, three window awnings and a door awning, tinted double pane windows, an outdoor entertainment system including another 40 Sony TV. There is plenty of storage on sliding trays for all your gear.
