CAMPER is LOCATED IN BRIDGEWATER, NJ. Listed is a 2006 shamrock 21 feet with one slide out hybrid camper. Everything works. Just need a little TLC. Just came back from a camping trip up state NY. Pulls great. Tires and brakes were all redone last year. 4 new tires plus a full size new spare tire. Has hot water heater AC. Sofa convertible was taken out replaced with a six bin storage. Works out great no longer need to lug suit cases with us when ever we go. Awning workd with LED light, Rear camera, 4" foam matteress used only once. Comes with eveerything you need for a full hookup RV experience. Any question ask. Bike rack does not come with the camper.

Since I have so much intrest in this camper and do not have time to answer all the questions.

The Good:
-Tires are less than 2 years old with less than 1500 miles on it
-Hot Water Heater works
-AC works Ice COLD
-Stove works
-Microwave Wokrs
-Refridgerator works
-No leaks in Grey or Black Tank
-Tire PRessure sensor is new
-Backup Camera is new
-Replaces a lot of roof covers
-Fans works
-Awning works
-All light works interior and exterior (most are upgrade to LED)
-New Queen size memmory Foram mattreses on both end of the Bunk.
-New TV installed
-New Propain and CO detetor
-Shower and Toiler works
-Exterior is in great shape for the age
-New Electric brakes for all four wheels
-Comes with weight distribution tow hitch

The TLC needed:
-The slide out needs adjustments and greasing motor is not burnt frame is not bent. Just need minor adjustments
-Rear roof seems needs to be recaulked with RV sealant.
-One end of the Bunk canvas nees to be replace as its showing its age. The other side looks fine. No leaks. Just came back from a camping trip and rained all weekend. there were no leaks.
-As with all hybrid camper keeping bunk end dry is a challenge. signs of mildew will be present. Before ebery trip I would sprey it down with water and bleach solution to remove any mildews.
