12' on the floor with an additonal 2.5' cabover. Pulls easily with a 1/2 ton truck. I fully restored the camper in 2017. Only used a few times a year seeing as we had a permanent camper also. I've pulled it 5 hours away with zero issues. Always stored inside. Everything works as it should. This included all the appliances, heater, fridge, ac unit, stove, etc. It does not have a shower or hot water. Black tank only for the toilet. Gray water runs outside from the kitchen sink. NOTHING is rotted. Can send more pictures upon request. I have countless pictures of it while i restored it. Comes with a clear title. Selling because I upgraded to a much larger and newer camper and no longer have a need for it.

List of what what done to it when i restored it

- Full paint job (automotive grade). All trim was pulled, cleaned, and clear coated as well.

-Had new front and rear emblems custom made.

-New tinted top vent covers

-New Goodyear tires and new rims (still look like new). Bearings and axles gone through at same time.

-Custom cut awning made to fit

-Roof was cleaned and coated

-New Norcold fridge with custometeal vinyl wrap to match look of original fridge

-New vinyl plank flooring with 1/4" underlayment.

-New AC unit under the bed (custom made cabinet that vents under the camper.and yes it works well)

-New power panel

-Upgraded LED marker lights

-All windows removed and seals replaced. Then tinted.

-All new sealant used when reinstalling doors, windows, and exterior trim.

-All penetrations and vent units were fully painted and resealed upon install

-New ceiling overlayed over old panel because it was pealing

-Beds are all in great condition and most are high end gel / foam style

- Rear storage area and entry door fully disassembled and rebuilt.

-Upgraded outlets with USB ports

-Custom built storage headboards on upper bunks.

-TV with dvd player

-Microwave

-Most of the entire inside was removed and front and rear bed / front dining room fully rebuilt

-Replaced rear bumper and added a 2" hitch to it for cargo / bike carrier

- Only things that i know are an issue or it might need are - Battery will need to be replaced in near future. Water system works but only off city water hookup. Bedding shown is not included ( I do have it in event that someone wants the teal look still). Drivers side does show signs of hail damaged from sometime in its past life. There are some small metal patch panels used on exterior. They were installed before painting it but they are visible. Please keep in mind that its almost 60 years old and does show small signs of its age.
