Although the RV and I live in Las Vegas we both will be in western Washington state thru September. This lovely Class A looks sharp on the outside and functions beautifully on the inside. The owner loves this RV. but life changes force the sale of this 25-foot RV. Inside boasts a king bed with a new mattress and headboard, a ledge on each side for phones and glasses and a large TV that also swivels to face the main cabin. The bathroom has a "real human" sized shower, and lots of effective wall storage. The wardrobe has a new efficient design and shoe storage built in. In the main cabin there are two new built-in roll-out pantries, even large enough to fit a battery-operated vacuum, set over 36" deep drawers. Below the dining benches houses two roll-out 4-foot-deep drawers, four feet, that's right, I call them clown cars because they hold so much stuff, and on the dining bench wall is a curio display built into the wall. The small console table between the driving seats has been replaced with a rotating storage with tabletop for handy reach while driving. The Utility closet has been fitted with shelves and broom space and a 14" x 43" spice rack. All the appliances are in excellent working order. The generator starts with the push of a button. and one must love the push button leveling jacks, they work easy as pie. Utility hook-up is excellent, no getting down your knees to connect and it has a black tank flush. There is another TV outside and a Pioneer stereo system with blue tooth, for both inside and out. The awning is electric, no hooking or pulling as on the manual ones. The roof is a fiberglass one piece. The engine runs great. hot water tank diode changed March 2025. Freshwater tank cleaned and flushed sept 2024. There is a bunk that comes down over the driving area with a locking storage and the dining table drops for a smaller bed area. On the slide-outs the wiper seals on all four vertical sides replaced 5/2025 and side walls treated with silicone. And so importantly there are 6 new tires added at about 1500 miles ago.
