This Econ 18RBS model by Pacific Coachworks features a slide out dinette for more space inside the unit, a rear bath, and rear entrance for some privacy at the front of this travel trailer, making this model a perfect couple's cove!

As you walk inside this unit, off to your left you have a storage cabinet for food or supplies. Straight ahead you will see the bathroom, peek inside and you will find a toilet, a sink and an angled shower. (Outside shower at rear as added bonus.)

Back in the main living area you are going to find a dinette perfect for meals and playing games, that can double as some extra sleeping space if needed. It also has some corner cabinets for storing some camping extras.

Opposite the dinette we find the kitchen stocked with a sink, a three burner range and a 6 cu. ft. refrigerator. Located above the stove and sink is a microwave and some overhead storage as well as the CD/DVD/Radio. (Speakers have been upgraded from factory originals.)

At the front of this unit a queen sized bed with new foam mattress occupies this space with wardrobes on either side and an overhead shelf to store your clothing needed on your trip. Plenty of extra storage under the bed for those larger less used items. There is a tv mount in the bedroom with a 2nd mount above the kitchen sink to enjoy watching at the dinette.

Trailer has upgraded keyless digital keypad entry lock complete with remote key fob access.

Am including extras for immediate use camping. Power cord extension with 30 and 50 amp adapters. Surge protector included as well all conveniently packed inside a designated tote for storage and travel. 2 designated water hoses (1 never been used). Also has a 90 degree elbow and a water pressure regulator to prevent damage to trailer lines. Also including 2 never used inline water filters. 3 full sets of leveling blocks each is a set of 10 with each having their one storage case. Including a Camco 20ft RV sidewinder sewer hose support and vented sewer cap for overwintering/storage. 4 wheel chocks to prevent rolling.
