Our Era is lightly used and well maintained. Overall, it is in very good condition. The interior is immaculate. The slide-out is a desirable feature which adds quite a bit of floor space to this RV. When retracted the coach is easy to drive, park and navigate because of its compact size. Mileage is great! Being a Winnebago, the build quality is superb all the cabinets, counters and fixtures are sturdy. The fold-out queen size bed is easy to deploy and well built. When stowed, the loveseat is comfortable. The removeable dining table further ads to the versatility of the floor plan. All of the appliances work as designed including the 2-way refrigerator, roof A/C, convection oven / microwave and Alde furnace/ water heater.

The convenience of a continuous hot water heater, convection oven, and flat screen TV makes camping more enjoyable. The chassis battery is brand new, and the AGM house batteries were also recently replaced. Comes with a cover for the exterior. It has never been in an accident or ever smoked in.
