Extremely well maintained coach

Features:
-3rd A/C placed (Furrion model, summer of 2022)
-Original A/C replaced (front and bedroom) with Houghton Belaire A3400 (Feb 2022). Very Quiet and extremely efficient. You actually have a conversation without yelling
-GENERATOR Changed to Comercial FUEL INJECTED Onan; currently with 215hrs. If you have any experience with gas generators; you know that the carburetor models are terrible and should never be put in an RV. 
-Safe-T-Plus with ability to adjust on the Fly. Very similar to what the high end coaches like Newmar offers.  If the coach is pulling to one side while going down the highway; there is a foot switch that you engage; you then reposition the steering wheel to compensate and then release the foot switch. Best upgrade (aside from the generator) ever!
-Super Steer Upgrades: front radius rods, upgraded front sway bar, rear track bar (see photos). Also have a set of Sumo Springs for the rear axle that I have not installed 
-Pull out couch removed and replaced with IKEA chairs (couch was very uncomfortable and the bed inside never worked. The chairs are great since you can easily move them around the coach. 
-Queen bed replaced Casper mattress. 
-BlueOx 5k tow bar with with air over hydraulic breaking system for tow vehicle. 

The Bad:
-The rear of the coach shows fading from the sun. Vista stickers removed; you can see the outline. Stickers are replaceable. 
-The front windshield has a crack on the passenger side.  It never bothered me so I just lived with it. I will replace with the sale of the coach. 

Were selling because our children outgrew the bunk beds. In fact, theyre off to college, so were looking to downsize. 

We are the original owners. Title in hand. 

Sorry that I didnt remove our personal items prior to taking photos. Coach has always been stored under cover since purchase.
