RV Description
Parked in Roundup, Montana at my sisters. Must sell, used one time to go to Nevada otherwise camped locally. We are the 2nd owners. Great layout the linoleum cracked when we had the 43 below zero weather a few years ago. Health issues kept me from fixing it right away so it has shrunk. Hasn't been camped in for a couple years either. Non-smokers, no mice problems, slide out supports, step supports, newer front lift, new surge protector for 30 amp plug. New battery shut off (not put on yet), new struts for lifting bed storage area (not put on yet), tire covers, spare tire cover, new easy lift blinds except back window behind couch. Couch converts easily to queen bed. Matching comforters for beds. Newer water pump. Everything works great, roomy could live in it comfortably you wanted. Wired to attach to extra batteries you could set on the back to use with power converter. Ladder holder on back also. Large propane tanks, new sewer connection and hose. Newer sewer drain handle. Lots of storage, laundry drop in bottom of closet to underscore. Newer recliner rockers, TV in livingroom. Have all paperwork for the camper, manual appliance papers etc. Hitch with stabilizer/anti-sway rods. I didn't know what the trim number is so i guessed. By door the label has 3117 RLDS maybe thats it. $10,000. OBO
