Your Damon model #3270 is a 34'7" x 8'4" wide class-A motorhome. A gas, Ford V10 Workhorse chassis. 51,257 miles (as of this posting). vin-1F6NF53S940A10968. The fuel and fresh water tanks are both 75 gal.; grey/black liquid holding tanks are both 50 gal. The remote/manual start, 4800 volt Generac generator is overhauled. A 100lbs/19 gal. propane tank is below the spare tire compartment. A (new) Progressive Industry 30amp shore power surge protector connector and two 6volt Trojan 225ampHr deep cell house batteries, under the entry stairs. It has a 3500 lbs. towing capacity. EXTERIOR: The body could use a wax/paint upgrade. The roof was recoated with an EPDM rubber membrane cover. A Kwikee programmable electric step (replaced) as well as the LCI leveling jacks. New, Valerium 19' patio awning and new slide-out topper. DRIVER area: Tilt steering wheel, cruise, heated exterior mirrors, Primus brake assist unit, TST tire pressure monitor system, 6" back-up camera monitor; left-side easy access control panel. HOUSE: Solid oak wood panels, cabinets, drawers with ample storage. Dinette can converts to a bed, a roll-out sofa bed, Thomas Payne recliner and 26" diagonal LG-TV. One house remote controller & one bedroom remote controller for the Carrier 13,500 BTU ducted AC & 13,000 BTU furnace. The locking bedroom door has a 9'x8' area room with a new Cozyway queen mattress, with side & overhead cabinets and under-bed storage. The 4'x6' bathroom has a 38"x21" shower/tub with a skylight allowing a 6'8" person to comfortably stand in the shower. KITCHEN: Dometic microwave, Dometic Frig/Freezer will operate on electric or propane. The Wedgewood three burner/over runs on propane as well as the six-gal water heart tank below the double kitchen sinks. CONTROL PANELS: appliance control/monitor panel is in the hallway, System switches are beside the stair well and main-braker panel is below the master bed. There are new & used accessories items included with the RV. This motorhome was primarily used as my temporary home in RV parks while searching and buying my house. Also, no extra charge for surface dust and random bird dropping.
