• 2004 TROPICAL T370

The National Tropical T370 is a Class A motorhome built in 2004 with a mileage of 193,253. Used routinely by my parents until 2021 when they became too frail to travel. They have passed on recently and so I am selling it.

37' diesel motor home with 3 slides. One master bedroom slide, galley and dining slide. The galley and dinning slides are opposing so there is a lot of room inside. All appliances work properly. Two A/C units. One a/c unit is under 7 years old but needs to be serviced with refrigerate. It cools but service will improve it. The second unit runs very cool but poor air volume output.

Large generator unit in good working condition. The slides work as you can see in the photos. Plumbing, heating works just fine. All real wood cabinets. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need on the go, including a stove, refrigerator, and plenty of storage space.

The drive train is the best part. Has a Caterpillar engine that provides much more power than the RV needs and it runs just fine. It was driven up from San Antonio about a month ago. Always kept in covered storage when not in use. 50Amp. AC/DC inverter

The not so good.

House batteries (qty 4) need to be replaced.

Carpet needs replacing.

Location of water leak unknown but appears to be just left of entry door near roof line.

Water damage to wall area next to entry door. The wall is soft in that area. See pictures with red star.

Separation of one side wall where it meets the roof cap. Under the awing mount. Poor DIY repair in that area. see pictures

Caulking around taillight, upright support of awning, and some trim pieces.

Outside Stress crack on one corner of the bedroom slideout opening.

Solidly built camper but needs repairs.
