If you’re looking for a luxury Toy hauler then look no further. We have for sale our 2024 Riverstone 4513DST. This RV was ordered with the legacy package upgrade and has two additional 200-watt solar panels for a total of 600 watts of solar with 1500-watt power inverter, a cadet heater in the bedroom and slide toppers. The unit is equipped with three 15,000 BTU Dometic whisper quite  A/C units with heat pumps. The unit is equipped with a suburban LP forced furnace and a Truma Aqua Hot tankless water heater. The RV has all residential grade Samsung appliances including a Fisher Paykel dishwasher and Splendide  washer and dryer in the master bedroom. The unit has several upgrades such as the basement storage area. We professionally had the basement remodeled to accommodate two pull out slide trays. One tray was purchased from Moryde and the other on the camp side was built for additional space for tools and other accessories. We upgraded the sewer connection and installed a second Valterra outside valve and had it relocated out from under the slide for easier access. We removed the main living room recliners and replaced them with (Thomas Payne collection) soft leather fully electric captain recliners. The recliners have all electric functions as well as heated massage seats, head rest and power outlet ports. The bathroom has a slight refresh we removed the large cabinet from over the sink to allow for easier access to the sink below and added removable wallpaper for a more residential feel. The garage area has been made over to accommodate additional passengers while sleeping. The happy jack sofas were removed and replaced with two custom butcher block counter tops to create a desk work area and an additional eating area. We removed the fold down table and installed a full dresser for more clothing storage. The garage remodel area still allows for large toys to be carried with the remodeled space such as golf carts, motorcycles and ATVs. Thie unit is fully equipped and ready for use. We do have all the original items that were removed if the buyer wants the original items for future use.
