NON-SMOKER. This will most likely be one of the cleanest and well-maintained used RVs you will look at. I have a binder capturing all maintenance performed - mostly done at Mercedes Benz dealerships. This has the Agile Offroad Explorer package, 400Ah lithium batteries, 2nd alternator that charges the batteries, 190W solar panel, 20 gal H2O tank, 20 gal gray holding tank, A/C, fixed bed, wet bath w/ 5 gal cassette tank, refrigerator, sink, 2 burner gas stove and possibly the most storage in any campervan I considered or on the market today. The undercarriage will reflect this van has never been abused off-road. Please see the pictures for details on the additional standard and optional equipment installed. I have manuals for all systems in addition to the maintenance records in the binder. The van has spent every winter in NV, AZ, TX or FL.

Disclosure:

- The magnetic screen doors, bike rack, LED bar cover and sink cover listed under "Standard Equipment" in the Thor Motor Coach Inc document will not be included. Additionally, the 1k watt invertor listed under standard equipment is actually a 3k watt invertor.

- I've had to reset the main coach replays 5-6 times since new. This has only happened when driving down the road when the coach batteries are 100% and the transmission kicks down (going up steep inclines) but not every time.

- Cruise control works but you can't increase the speed with the steering wheel cluster. You can still easily press the accelerator and set the cruise control again to set the desired speed.

- The license plate will not be sold with the van.
