The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, ample storage space, and a large countertop for meal preparation. The living room/kitchen has 2 slide outs on each side to really inlarge the area. It comes with a 50 inch Roku TV in the living room as well as built in stero with indoor and outdoor speakers. The Kitchen has a 10.4 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer, Deluxe kitchen cabinets and crown moulding throught. A 6 gallon electric/gas hot water heater.

Has 2 A/C ducted central units (bedroom and living room), 35K BTU furnace and a 5,500BTU electric fireplace in the living room. LED lighting throught. Double pane tinted windows.

The bedroom in the Keystone Cougar Half-Ton 27SGS is a tranquil oasis with a queen-sized bed, overhead storage, and wardrobes for all your clothing needs. The bedroom wardrobe is a slideout to make more room in the bedroom. Also comes with a 27" Roku TV already mounted in the bedroom. The bathroom is complete with a very large shower with sky light , sink, and toilet and storage.

This unit come with an incommand unit with global connet. If you have wifit connect in your unit you can control your a/c and lights from home. It has auto leveling jacks. Black tank has an automatic flushing system. Holding tanks are heated so you don't have to worry in the winter time. Unit is rated for 4 seasons. It is a 50 amp and comes with 2-(30lb) propane tanks. We are getting out of the RV life so the unit come with everything in it. Dishes, pots, pans, towels, sheets, hoses, adapters, surge protector, etc. Also we are throughing in the 5th unit (Curt A16, again we went top of the line)that goes into your truck bed. It is a two part system one anyone can use, the other part fits a dodge pickup truck (last I checked both of these new will cost about $1800).
