Hate to see this go, but I want to take a job overseas, and we can't bring it with us! We are the 2nd owner (it came from Maryland). This was our state park campground camper. We have brought our dogs with us, but it has not been smoked in.
The price is what we need to cover the loan, so there is no wiggle room.
State inspection is coming up in July.

With both slides out, you get a spacious and comfortable living area.
With the slides in, you can easily get to the half bathroom in the middle.
Fully equipped kitchen: farmhouse style steel sink with sprayer, 3 burner stove, oven, full-size microwave that all works. Extra-large domestic refrigerator that has automatic switch from LP to shore power and there is a large pantry behind the TV.
Comfortable sleeping arrangements: standard king-size foam mattress, bunk over the cab, and dinette conversion.
Half bath in the middle with a vacuum toilet, full bath in the back. Plenty of leg room around the toilet, bidet added in the back, nice roomy shower. Hot water heater is gas & electric, for quick recovery.
Plenty of storage space inside and out.
Ford V8 (Godzilla) engine drives great. It already had Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer. Sideview cameras when you are moving over and a rearview camera that you can keep on while you're driving.
Yamaha generator has remote control and runs great.
It has automatic leveling, hydraulic jacks. We added the pads to the feet.
3 TVs: common area, bedroom, and outside.
Upgraded speakers inside and out.
Propane quick connect outside for your outdoor grill.
Combo washer/dryer in the bedroom.
Two AC units as well as electric furnace. All of the ceiling fans are Maxxair with the roof vent covers.
