This 2019 Heartland Milestone is in excellent condition. At 42 feet long it is huge and spacious. I am the only owner and bought it brand new. It has been parked under a carport the entire time I've owned it and has never been used for travel. Everything works and there are no issues, only minor cosmetic spots in a few places. It has been very well maintained the entire time I've had it. It is absolutely perfect for full time living!
It has 4 slides and two bathrooms (the toilet has been removed in one of them for space but I have the toilet still). Has an electric auto leveling system, 2 air conditioners, propane heat, electric fireplace, electric awning that was never used and LOTS of storage inside and out. I just detailed the entire inside and shampooed the carpets, so it is spotless!
The land where it's parked is for rent if you would like to purchase it to live in and keep it where it's at. It is fully set up for full time living with water (it has an external 50 gallon water heater), power, 100 gallon propane tank and is hooked up to septic. It's located just a few minutes outside of Olympia. There is a fully enclosed laundry room built inside the carport, the carport has enough room to park your vehicle next to the 5th wheel and there a fenced in yard that even has a fully functional clawfoot tub set up for soaking under the stars!
