IMPORTANT NOTE: There is some delamination that has occurred on both the inside and outside walls of the garage in the back. It was caused by the manufacturer failing to properly seal all the mounting points where the platform and side walls are connected. Over the years water seeped down the walls, causing the delamination.
I was going to have this repaired but since it is only cosmetic and does not affect the structural integrity, I chose not to fix. I did have all the mounting points and any open points sealed so the delamination has stopped. I can provide any necessary photos and/or video needed to see any delamination.
