CONDITION NOTES (FULL TRANSPARENCY):

(a) The clearcoat is flaking on the rear exterior of the RV.

(b) Two windows are fogged and may require resealing or replacement.

(c) The rear tires need to be replaced.

(d) There is a roof leak stain on the ceiling, but the roof has been replaced since the damage occurred.
