*  Hydraulic pump (for slide-outs & leveling jacks) needs check-valve or interior seal replaced (hydraulic system slowly

loses pressure over time)

*  Most flooring/carpeting needs to be replaced (except master bedroom, which is in good shape)

* Paint toilet room walls.

* Sofa, queen bed, and microwave have been removed.  I still have the folding bed frame and hydraulic pump for the folding

mechanism, and will include them with sale.
