Practically brand new!!!

This camper is 45 feet 2 inches long, including a 16 foot garage plus back patio/ramp. The exterior is actually black and white and the interior is off white; tan furniture in the living area and grey in the garage/residential flex space. We added black out curtains at the patio entrance and a black out shade from the living area into the garage to provide additional privacy in the flex space.

These are the upgrades we had added in the original order:

The hitch is a Gen-Y Gooseneck . All that is needed is a ball in your truck bed (dually).

The King size bed comes standard.

There is a fuel station/generator that holds up to 60 gallons and the propane capacity is 60 (30 + 30) up to 80 pounds.
