After 3 years of full-time RV living, we are transitioning to a permanent location on our farm.This fifth wheel is literally the perfect couples home for travel. Our favorite things are the front living room and the amazing storage. We had all the comforts of a stationery home but with the advantage of limitless travel. We spent approximately half our time on the road and the other half on our farm. The rig has a total of 16,468 miles on it.

Here are the key features of the RV:

*Two MORryde drawersone large pull out in the garage under the bedroom and another at the front of the rear cargo space that can be accessed from either side

*Splendide stack washer/dryer combo (installed 11/22)

*MORryde independent suspension and upgraded 8000 lb axles and disc brakes (installed 11/23)

*Upgraded 10 RV King memory foam mattress (purchased 8/23)

*Three a/c units and the middle unit is also a heat pump

*Insignia propane oven and microwave

*18 cu ft absorption fridge

*50 TCL Roku TV with televator

*Passenger tri-fold sofa replaced with remote work space with manual adjusting desk

*Dining table replaced with table running length of side window and allowing extra walkway

*H rated Cooper tires with Tirelinc monitoring system

*Electric hose reel for electric cord

*40000 BTU furnace and 2 30 lb tanks

*12 gallon hot water heater

*Central vac with hose and attachments

*Solar panel allows for enough charge to boondock overnight and run the furnace

*Glass tri fold shower door replaced with curved rod and curtain (minus 60 lbs!)

Regular washing and waxing has helped to maintain the amazing exterior shine!

In addition, youll be ready to set up camp with all the sewer connections, water hose and xchocks. BNW Companion hitch is also available for purchase (set up for 2022 Chevrolet 3500HD).

This unit has been back to Elkhart to the mothership to make sure the frame is stable and road worthy. We have documentation of the work completed 6/24.
