Purchased brand new from dealer in April 2023, so this 2022 model has been used for just two years.
This RV has never been smoked in or around (we don't smoke!) and we have the title in hand.

We removed the original two person sofa and replaced it with an incredible Ashley three person couch in grey leather. It reclines, is heated, and has massage! To make this sofa fit, we replaced the original table with a smaller one that has room for two chairs instead of four. We have the original sofa, table and chairs if the new owner wants them.
We removed the shower from the garage bathroom and replaced it with metal shelves. We have all of the parts from the shower if the new owner wants them.
