AS NEW - I purchased this from a dealer in PA in November 2021 during COVID, went to Florida for a week and came home. I stayed with a family member in Florida, and other than a stop in a travel center, it's never been used. The mattress still has the plastic wrapping and still smells new inside as well.

A few of the features that made me select this travel trailer is the enclosed underbelly, heated tanks, construction method and materials, double axels, swivel TV and outside kitchen. Still think it's the best designed couples trailer I've seen but I did replace the u-shaped dinette with a regular 36" dinette and table so access to the bathroom and kitchen is possible without the slide needing to be extended (a big improvement in my estimation).

The Trailer weighs 4,363 lbs. and the GVWR is 6,500 lbs., so you can load an additional 2,137 lbs. into the trailer assuming your tow vehicle is capable.

I've attached the purchase sticker and brochure which details the features, options and hi-lights of this trailer.

Will include two 20lb LP tanks, weight distribution and anti-sway bar hitch assembly with tongue and ball that was purchased new and installed from the selling dealer when purchased.

Great opportunity for someone to pick up a travel trailer that is essentially new, well below the cost of a new one. Just wasn't for me.

When I used the price estimator for this year and model, it suggested the selling price for these units is $28,800. but I'm not sure what that means in terms of condition, location, etc. My asking price is $26,000.00 with a clean title in hand, payable by cash or check with delivery after check is processed and clears bank.
