Will include in the sale price the fifth wheel hitch which cost $2000 originally. Also replaced 10ply tires in fall of 2024 with four new 14ply tires. Added three roof vent covers over roof vents. Also added an extra 12volt deep cycle battery so there are two batteries now.

Also will include a Watchdog surge protector which was $250. An extra 50amp electric cord, leveling blocks, two sewer hoses, bike rack for back of trailer, a 50' water hose.
