Well-maintained interior, exterior, and waste tanks. New tires with less than 1,000 miles on them. Various upgrades including MaxxAir fans, cabinet lighting, Lippert ThinShade, Lippert ScreenDefender, and Lippert SolidStance. Upgraded the dinette cushion foam for a more supportive and comfortable seat and back. Upgraded the queen-sized mattress to a 6" NovaForm mattress. Wheel bearings repacked June 2024. We love this camper because of the high-quality construction, cold-weather insulation package, large 43-gallon fresh water tank, and dual 41-gallon gray tanks (82 gallons total)! Also, the camper is fully functional with the slide in - meaning you can access the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom when stopping for a break or a quick overnight setup - this is rare in most travel trailers!
This has been an awesome camper for my family and kids we are not full timers, mostly weekend getaways and a few longer trips. Everything is in working order. We are taking a break from RVing for a while, so this includes everything needed to operate the camper (sewer hoses, surge protector, water supplies, leveling blocks, outdoor rug, dishes, utensils, etc.) and an Equalizer 4-point sway control and weight distribution hitch.
