We are the original owners of this travel trailer, which was purchased from a dealer in March 2020. It has been well maintained and was used an average of five times a year. There are minimal common physical blemishes both interior and exterior and everything functions as expected. This bunkhouse travel trailer includes a spacious interior length of 27' with a large slide-out. It can sleep up to ten, seven comfortably, which includes the short queen master bed, tri-fold sleeper sofa, fold down table, and two double mattresses on the rear bunkbed. This floor plan is unique as it has two entry doors, one forward door into the living space and one rear door that enters the bathroom. This unit includes an all fiberglass exterior with a gray/white finish and blue/black/gray graphics, upgraded aluminum wheels, an upgraded 30,000 BTU furnace, refrigerator w/freezer, 3-burner gas stove w/oven, microwave, 6 gallon gas/electric water heater, LED interior and exterior lighting, ambient back lighting, electric jack, power awning, bumper mounted gas grill, 32" TV, HD antenna, Stereo/DVD player, outdoor speakers and TV connections, laundry chute, and outdoor shower. We have upgraded and are including a memory foam queen mattress, two 6V golf cart batteries, battery isolator switch, rear bumper receiver hitch, rear cargo rack, matching spare wheel, extra spare wheel, four new tires (October 2024), Equal-i-zer weight distribution hitch, queen bed linens, and some spare parts and accessories. The unit weight is 5600 lbs. GVW with a hitch weight of 650 lbs. and a 7600 lb. GVWR. The total length is approximately 31' and includes two 20 lb. propane tanks, a 43 gallon freshwater tank, 30 gallon gray tank, and a 30 gallon black tank. Your tow vehicle must have a Class IV hitch, brake controller, and a 7-pin plug for the lights and brakes. This vehicle can be safely towed with at least a properly equipped half ton vehicle.
