RV Description

I am looking to sell my Thor Majestic 23A that I bought from Cruise America in 2023. "Dallas Alice" has been from her old home in Florida up to NC, to the mountains, up to Ohio last year to see the full solar eclipse, and then back down through Kentucky. As much as I wish it wasn't the case, I don't drive her enough to justify keeping her.

She sleeps 5, with a queen sized mattress in the back, a queen sized sleep area over the cab, and a booth that converts to a sleeping space for one more (shorter) person. I have upgraded the mattress that came with it to a custom foam mattress, so it's a very comfortable in the back, and surprisingly roomy up top. That could also be a great storage area.

She is 25 feet long and 12 feet tall. I found that 25 feet is a sweet spot where any longer and some campsites/parks will not let you in for being too large.

She has ~150,000 miles, a Ford V10 engine, and will tow 5000 pounds. I have had no mechanical issues in all my time of ownership.

She has an Onan 4KW generator that powers the AC, microwave, and outlets. The stove, fridge, furnace, and water heater are all propane.

No slides or awning. The coach door does have a screen.

The exterior storage area has a removable plastic table, a spare tire, a water hose, and plenty of storage. There is also a light and an outlet down there.

She has been winterized both this winter and last (that's the pink in the toilet and shower). There were no issues with the plumbing at all last year. I also re-sealed the over-cab seam this past fall.

The roof was refurbished when I purchased it, so there should be a decent amount of life left before it has to be redone. She has been kept in my driveway so I have been able to go out about once a month and run the engine and make sure everything still works.

Cruise America regularly sells old inventory. I highly recommend you check out their site for all the nitty gritty details about this exact model, including floor plans. Prices for a similar one start around 33K, and you would have to travel to one of their locations (I went to Orlando). This one was a "Scratch and Dent" special, which means she had a few extra dings and scratches, but they are all cosmetic. I was actually very excited to get a white one because my plan was to give it a custom paint job. That didn't happen of course, but the exterior is still in good condition (no de-lamination anywhere). I think this is a fair price but there is a little room for negotiation. I am still paying off a loan for this vehicle so if we do a deal, just be aware that we will have to sort that out.

Please let me know about any questions. I will do my best to answer them and provide additional pictures if needed. Thanks for looking!
