The sale triggered by sudden illness. This motorhome is based on Ford Transit 350HD chassis. Overall length 23'7". Fuel consumption is 12.5-14.5 miles per gallon. Odometer reading 56250 miles. One owner. New set of 6 tires was installed in May 2023, at 45420 odometer miles. It comes with a Onan 4k generator (222 hours), gas stove, microwave, big fridge with freezer, 44 gallon fresh water tank, 3 holding tanks (12, 12, & 18 gallons) , bathroom w/shower. This unit has 14 feet motorized awning, full size bed (80X54"), dinette can be converted into bed for two small people, there is another bed (88"X46") over cabin that also can fit 2 kids or one adult. This motorhome was adapted to boondocking and that's how it was used. The following has been installed and is fully operational in addition to standard equipment in this motorhome:

- Portable solar panel and controller with 60 feet of a heavy gauge cable that allows to catch full sun at the best orientation possible even when camping in the woods (shade). During a sunny day the panel recharges the 2 house AGM batteries after the night of use to full charge in 4-5 hours.

- CROSSFIRE Dual Tire Equalizer system.

- TST Wireless Tire Pressure and Temperature Monitoring System TM 507.

- Spare tire undercarriage winch.

- Spare tire.

- 3 custom mud flaps with brackets.

- 4 roof hatch covers that allows to keep hatches open all the time, including when driving.

- 2 Ventvisor deflectors on front side windows.

- Low intensity 2 way night LED light.

- Additional shelf (easily removable if desired) in the bathroom that provides possibility to use second fully independent shower system.

- Second, completely independent shower system (in the same shower cabin), that is not using water from onboard water tank.

- CB radio & antenna.

- Second house battery (both batteries are AGM now).

- Kitchen cabinets have been reinforced because original ones where falling apart at the end of the very first trip.

- New and enlarged dinette table (the original one is also available). New table can be installed in 2 ways (for dining and for traveling).

- Swivel for the front passenger seat (it can rotate 360°)

- "Basement" (storage) plastic wells have been reinstalled on a rubber sealing strips that eliminated huge amount of dust that was getting there from the road, specially when traveling on dirt or gravel roads.

- "Solids" have never entered the commode and black water tank!

- Roof of this motorhome has been washed and treated with UV inhibitors on regular basis.
