Very very light use on my part. Many of the features of the camper I never used even once.so therefore like new. Including most pillows, awning, dinette table, water storage tank, radio with built in speakers, bed warming pads for over mattresses, 2 burner propane stove, second queen bed.all of these features I never used. So all these features are like new.

The camper also has a furnace, propane tank, air conditioner, hot water heater, outdoor shower fixture, and electric roof lifting systemso no manual cranking roof up. Just push a button to lift roof.

The camper can be stored in any standard sized garage. I stored it in my garage most of the time and kept it very clean. I also have a cover for it if it cant be stored in a garage when not in use.
