Selling our beautiful rv. One owner and meticulously maintained. 29.58 ft. One large center slide out- dinette and living room. Sleeps 6. Queen bed bedroom in front. Sofa folds out to full bed and dinette converts to bed as well.
Entire back end is a large bathroom with glass shower, full vanity with storage, full sized toilet, and large deep linen cupboard. Propane water heater, water pump for when using fresh water storage tank. Upgraded shower head as well.
Inside kitchen has a 3 burner stove and stainless steel oven, a large stainless steel refrigerator/freezer that runs on propane or electric, and stainless steel microwave. Plenty of counter space and tons of storage throughout.
Living room has a large flatscreen tv and electric fireplace. Both can be rotated to bedroom as well. Large U shaped dinette with drawers and storage under cushions, converts to bed as well. Couch converts to full size bed and has storage above. Both couch and dinette slide out to make large living area. Also has indoor/outdoor stereo with dvd and audio for tv.
Queen bed room with access and privacy curtains on each side. Also has wardrobe on both sides and storage above and below the bed. The mattress has been upgraded and is protected with mattress cover. Reading lights and outlets on each side as well.
Outside kitchen has 2 burner propane stove, sink, electric refrigerator, and swing out propane bbq. Both stove and bbq have quick connect propane hoses that run off rv propane. Lots of storage cupboards and drawer as well. Large Pass through storage area in front. 2 20 lb propane tanks for easy exchange, and a deep cycle battery. Electric stabilizer jacks in front and back. Dual wheels with independent suspension. Gell coat on outside with tinted windows and blinds. Large electric awning. Solid construction on walls and slide out. Bottom is sealed so you wont have to worry about mice getting in. Toilet has a spray feature hose hookup on outside for easy tank cleaning. Vinyl floors throughout. Everything is in excellent condition and works perfect.
* Couch is faux leather and is flaking do to being stored in So Ca heat. It is superficial and 2 covers are provided.
