• 2012 ROCKWOOD SIGNATURE ULTRA LITE 8265WS

We have owned this 2012 Forest River Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 8265WS fifth wheel camper since new (purchased new in 2013), and are only selling since we are changing directions with our camping priorities.
This camper is the definition of "lightly used", as it has made 2 trips to Bristol, TN and probably less than a dozen local weekend getaways.
As you can see from the photos, there is absolutely no damage, and practically no wear and tear.
All appliances and functions operate as they did when new. There are 3 slide outs that make for a very open living area for this size trailer.
I have upgraded the tires from OEM to Goodyear Marathon, with Nitrogen fills. The OEM tires had very little wear, but I saw the results of a highway speed blowout from the lower cost OEM tires, and wanted nothing to do with that type of damage on our camper
Also included is a solar panel and bluetooth enabled charge controller to maintain the house battery that I installed.
Recently applied commercial grade high solids silicone roof coating with a lifetime warranty over the entire roof down to the termination strips on the sides. Short of a tree caving the roof in, you will never have to worry about a roof water leak with this unit.
GVWR on this unit is 9105 lbs, so a properly equipped (emphasis on properly equipped) half ton could tow this.
As you can see from the pictures, this unit is equipped with a Reese Sidewinder 5th wheel setup, which allows for the towing with the newer style 5'9" bed lengths.

A final note on pricing: I have researched other comparable units with regards to size and year, and this camper (in my humble opinion) exceeds in in it's features and condition. We are open to some negotiations, but please save the lowball offers for someone else.
