Camper has been carefully maintained and has a newly upgraded water heater and has newly re-tiled flooring throughout. Has great lighting with pot lights. This particular camper has the winterization package which provides extra insulation throughout including the flooring to keep it warmer or cooler. That AC on this model is incredible. Air, heat, fridge, etc operate on both propane or electricity making dry docking easier. Hook up a small generator when dry docking and you are all set. This model also has a flat screen TV in the spacious living area, and has an indoor outdoor sound system for fun times!

Camper has an incredible amount of storage and back bunk locks upward so you can store bikes or coolers or gear easily. Camper also has large under camper storage and comes with all the tools for hookups.

The awning is extra large and convenient to roll out. We replaced the awning in 2012 because a windstorm damaged the original and the newer one is in excellent like new condition.

Camper has been a great family friendly addition to our summer adventures!
