This is an Easy to drive, and wonderful vehicle! She was made in Canada as a Class A Motorhome by Triple E. They are known as a well-built Motorhome and a true 4 season coach. Very good insulation and spray foam on the entire undercarriage keeps it cool in summer and warm in winter, and this also makes running VERY Quiet.

There is one fully functional slide out and comes fully packed with all dishes, toaster and pretty much ready to go the next day on your next family trip!

We have all the original documentation for the purchase and build out, and all manuals for all systems onboard. We have 4 sets of keys as well and are the 3rd owner.

NOTE: This is and always has been a NON SMOKING coach both inside and out. Super Clean top to bottom.

There is a Quiet Kat Fat tire E-bike bike rack that is a few months old - high quality and super easy to use the rack.

There are 2 Solar panels on the roof, with a completely upgraded electrical system. This is a simple but high tech and works with the Reology phone app. 200AH Lithium battery (with room for a second) 3000watt Renogy Inverter/Charger and a 50amp DC/DC MPPT Solar and alternator charge controller. This controller takes 25 amps max from solar, and 25 amps from the vehicle alternator and combines them for charging while on the move, There is an automatic battery isolator built into the controller so it will charge the starting battery at the proper voltage, and the house bank at lithium voltage. The solar will charge the house bank first, then it will swap over and make sure the start battery is topped up so you can leave it parked and it automatically maintains both systems for you.

We have an eco attachment for water conservation as well for longer term boon dockers. She also comes with a cellular boost device which worked well in the middle of no where.

When driving you can keep the fridge on 120Volts and keep the batteries topped up indefinitely. The inverter is enough to run basically anything. Electric kettle, coffee machine, the electric fireplace, or microwave. She comes with all of these and a new vacuum.

On board remote start for the 4K Onan generator. She was recently serviced, fully synthentic oil and spark plug. We don't use this often but recently had the oil changed on the Generator and in the main Engine. Shore power is 30 Amp and you will have all the attachments and converters from 120 240 50 amp.

She has a 3 Burner propane stove and oven which are very clean. She also comes with an outdoor propane fire pit. Has 25 gal tank with no issues.

Hot water is cycled through a HX system when driving so you have hot water when you arrive at your stop, also has electric and propane hot water heat. We just changed the anode even though it looked pretty good.

There are two furnaces, one for the main cabin and one only for the bedroom and one is piped down under so your black and gray water tanks don't freeze if you go somewhere cold. For hot places, she has a Dometic Air conditioner which runs very cold and we just replaced the filters. The rig obviously comes with normal AC which runs great as well.

There is also an electric fireplace, with the picture of flames behind the passenger seat and has a hidden electric pop up Flat screen TV. A second TV is in the bedroom. It is wired for cable but when we did watch TV, we just did Netflix off the the two included Roku firesticks. She also comes with an Apple TV and a Digital "over the air" TV antenna.

There is a Hide a Bed fold out couch, with 4" memory foam mattress. New 8" mattress in the bedroom and its really nice. We bought them Both when we purchased the Rig. The front power sunshades are a nice touch rather than the curtains. The shade on the side is electric and looks and works fine. For all the shades, there is a translucent screen option and an opaque shade for privacy but light. You can use these for blocking the sun while driving too which I found was a super awesome bonus driving into the sun and also has two cock pit fans.

We came back from a trip for a few months and were using all the systems regularly, as far as I can tell everything works as it should and we have no complaints. The only thing I would add is a soft start for the cabin air.

She is on a Ford Superduty with a V10 Triton 81,400 Miles (124,000kms) and again, is easy to drive. Cruise Control works great and is really useful.

We have had here for about 2.5 years. The previous owner had the fuel pump changed. When she was getting that done they had them check out the whole mechanical side of the coach, anything that they thought should be done, but there was nothing else to do. All the fluids are good, gear oil, trans, wheel bearings, shocks, air bags are all good. The 200 gal water tank was flushed and treated. The 80 gal waste tank is clean.

After our trip to Yellowstone, we had all 4 brakes and rotors were replaced in Sept 2024. I had the A\C serviced a few months ago, blows ice cold.

Tires are almost new, have 15K miles on them with and a new spare

This coach has air ride front and rear shocks. Hydraulic leveling jacks, with several blocks included, TONS of storage, and all the water lines and connectors are good.

I am sure I am missing lots I will try to update this ad or just shoot me a message with questions or if you want to come see it in Lutz Florida 33549.

Currently she is being stored in a paved access-controlled Storage facility.

I also have more pictures and will take pictures of anything I missed. Just ask if you want something specific.

We are sad to give her up, but have seen 25 states and are planning a trip to Italy so will trade for those European experiences next. The last trip to Yellowstone was just EPIC! If you want any traveling advice, my wife is quite the experienced traveler. Trippin with the Kids - Our Family Travel Adventures, Family Travel Blog, Travel With Kids
