RV Description
We are selling our whole setup, truck and camper, as a tuned combo. THE CAMPER IS BEING SOLD FOR THE ASKING PRICE. If you want to include the truck, it will be an additional $45,500, making the total $90,500. I hand picked the camper and truck and married them brand new. We will start with the truck. Its a 2018 RAM 3500 DUALLY Laramie package crew cab. It has an eight-foot bed with the puck system installed from the factory. I have installed a forward facing camera, running boards, and a CB radio for those long halls and traffic jams. I have also installed a reservoir fuel tank, sixty-gallon/toolbox that will give you a total of ninety-two gallons of fuel capacity. The tool box has a shallow top section for emergency equipment, and small hand tools. It also sits flush with the top of the bed of the truck. The truck has just over ninety-six thousand miles, as I write this, and is in great shape. The towing capacity is 21,540 lbs. and the camper max allowable weight is 16,800 lbs. I purposely did this to only use 80% of the truck capacity.
Now for the camper. We decided on purchasing the Solitude s-class 3740BH. We factory ordered our rig and ordered a few extras luxury items. This rig has dual pane windows, residential refrigerator, slide topper awnings, AC heat pump unit, king size bed upgrade, and washer and dryer (not the combo, two separate units). I wanted all the comfort of a home, just the ability to live in different places. The camper is in great shape for being lived in. I have maintained the camper with very few modifications. The biggest being the second bathroom remodel. We turned this into a mud room instead. All plumbing and tanks are still installed and would take little effort to change back if desired. I still have the second toilet, minus a few parts robbed to fix our other one. Improvements to the longevity of the camper have also been made. The penetrations in the roof have all been eternabond taped, including the edges. Installed rain guards over both bathroom vents and water alarms have been placed in key locations throughout the rig. I have also kept up with my PMs on appliances like the AC units, water heater, oven, and furnace. The axels and brakes have been all checked and re-greased at regular intervals. The tires on the rig have less than 5k miles with great tread. The combination I have here is something I have spent a lot of time preparing and maintaining. I would not be looking for another rig if our family could ride comfortably in the truck. I Praise God for the blessings and my family, and pray the effort put into this setup is a blessing to the next owner.
