You may have seen this one listed before... but we weren't motivated to sell it yet! (Used it to accommodate visits from family/friends this past year). Now however, our circumstances are changing and we must move it ASAP.

If you're not familiar with Grand Design's Momentum 399TH, it is an impressive 5th wheel design that provides three distinct interior living spaces (with three separate AC units) and two separate outdoor porches with fences and awnings. This 43 foot toy-hauler has an impressive GVWR of 22,500 lbs and a height of 13 ft 6 in. With two bathrooms and three slides, it comfortably sleeps 7 people. A new model has a current MSRP over $150,000, which means you can get all the same functionality and versatility for well under half the cost.

As a toy hauler, the "garage" provides unlimited possibilities. Over the years we used it as a music room, a dining room, a second bedroom, an office, and a garage. To make the unit fully functional as a "full-time" rig, we also installed the Splendide stacking washer and Dryer in the garage (which is easily removable if you want more space).

I'm happy to do a video walkthrough with any serious buyers, and I can recommend people to assist in relocating the rig to an RV park if you plan to use it for full-time living (but don't have an adequate tow vehicle). We have loved using this unit these past few years, and it does show a little wear in some places, but it was well maintained and updated and everything is openly disclosed.
