RV Description
We've gone everywhere we wanted to visit (45 states and 9 Canadian provinces), so its time for someone else to enjoy this camper. At just over 30ft long and 12 feet 2 inches tall, we've had no problems navigating through and camping in the national and state parks we've stayed at.
This motorhome, built pre-pandemic, is in excellent condition- it is the 50 Amp version: it has two 15,000 BTU roof air conditioners and a 50 Amp/5500 watt Onan generator. It has an automated leveling system that uses hydraulic jacks, a gas water heater, and side and rear view cameras. It's the 2nd production model for 2019, so includes some additional items not found in the first model- for example, a Sani Flush system for the black tank and a shelf underneath the TV. Also, this version has the outdoor kitchen tailgating package (outside sink, refigerator, accessory LP connection for grill on rear wall, outdoor TV, outdoor speakers and LED awning lights).
When the slide is in, there is easy access to the bed, bathroom and refrigerator, which means stops for lunch or overnighting at Walmart or Cracker Barrel are handled easily. I'm 6'4" tall, and found plenty of headroom in the coach, around the toilet and in the shower. It can hold a family easily, as it has a powered loft bed over the front cab seats, a fold-out couch bed and a fold-down kitchen dinette in addition to the RV queen bed in the back. We are non-smokers, and the inside is in great condition.
It has 145 cu. ft. of storage in the basement areas, with a cargo carrying capacity of 2002 lbs even with full gas (80 gallons) and LP (18 gallons) tanks. When it comes to towing, we barely noticed that we were pulling our Honda CR-V (flat-towed) and had no problem with mountain passes, going up or down.
The first thing we installed before driving off the lot was a Saf-T-Plus steering stabilizer. All maintenance has been carried out according to the manufacturer's schedule- new Goodyear tires were put on in spring of '23 and only have ~5,000 miles on them.
Purchase includes a Garmin RV700 GPS, a LevelMate Pro system for Bluetooth-assisted leveling, a WeBoost cell extender, a Progressive Industries 50 A surge protector, a Roadmaster towbar and a Brake Buddy Select II portable braking system for a towed vehicle.
This motorhome is ready to hit the road to create new memories for a new owner.
