Camper is clean, well-maintained, and in very good shape with the following exceptions (one jack requires manual operation, minor dent on rear bumper, two clearance lights missing, entry light functions sporadically). I used the camper only five times in the four years that I have owned it and then only used the stove and microwave. Previous owner used it perhaps even less. I am building a new house and simply am too busy to bother with the above minor repairs. Camper is priced to sell quickly.
