This RV is in excellent condition inside and out and was well maintained and lightly used. Model number is 25k. It has 1 slide and once opened creates a spacious living area. Yet I rarely bothered to precisely level the vehicle in order to use it as there is plenty of room without using the slide-out. Galley has a very desirable layout with double sinks and more counter space than my friend's 33' Class A coach.

It sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed in the rear, dinette conversion bed and large bed over the cab.

It sits on a Ford E450 chassis with a Triton V10 6.8 litre motor. True odometer mileage is 37,417. The towing capacity is 5000lbs. The roof AC is 13000btu and both the roof and cab AC blow cold. The generator is a Onan 4000wt with 365 hours and runs great. 30 amp service.

It has a Winegaurd connect 2.0 4G LTE +WiFi extender antenna. Has plenty of storage outside with 1 EXTRA LARGE bay (I called it my garage) and several others.

Perfect size RV that is extremely maneuverable,that fits in most parking spots also fits well in average driveways eliminating the need for storage.

Outside has a brand new 17 ft awning that creates a wonderful place to relax outdoors.

I just had this beauty detailed inside and out so she's extremely clean.

I'm including lots of equipment and supplies that you would normally need to purchase as I'm no longer RVing.
