2014 Forest River 37' Georgetown XL 378TSF RV


378TSF Georgetown XL motor home by Forest River with approx. 39,155 miles showing. Stepping inside the model to the right there is a slide with a dinette and 40" tv and fireplace in the corner. The opposite slide has an Euro recliner, hide-a-bed sofa, three burner range, and microwave slide. Proceeding through the motor home you will find a double kitchen sink, and a refrigerator and pantry. Down the hallway you will see that this model has a private toilet area. Across the hall is a sink and corner shower. In the bedroom you will find a queen size bed and nightstands slide. There is also a nice size wardrobe for hanging your clothes. There are overhead cabinets throughout the motor home. There is a tv in the bedroom and a washer/dryer unit. Please also see the Documents tab for additional features and specifications. The features document is one provided by the original manufacturer and are examples of what the RV could have. All bidders should avail themselves to inspect the RV for which options are on the RV. There are a few scratches on the exterior of the RV. There are some scruffs on some of the trim of the interior as well as a couple cracked/chipped floor tiles. Per the seller, all components of the RV are in working condition. The RV had approximately 16,000 miles on it when the current owner purchased it. The couch with bed that came with the RV was removed and replaced with a luxurious Thomas Payne couch with recliners that has illumination, heated and vibration.
