We are selling our 2006 Fleetwood Prowler 295 2BS $11,500 OBO- first reasonable offer takes this 30' fifth wheel RV. Reese 16K hitch is included with RV - you would just need bed rails. I will deliver within a reasonable distance- contact me and we can discuss. RV has a dry weight of 8,119lbs- and a GVWR of 11,300- plenty of room for all your gear. This RV needs nothing and is ready to camp tomorrow- all accessories included such as water hose, sewer hose, leveling blocks and many more- see pictures.

This is a single owner RV, we bought it new in 2009. We are now empty nesters and no longer have a need for a bunk house!
