This unit was delivered brand new two years ago. I paid $25,000 for this fine little camper trailer (see itemized invoice in photos). We have only used it a handful of weekends and otherwise kept it stored in its UV resistant cover (included). It includes almost all of the premium features available, including a powerful A/C (with soft-start), fan, furnace, fridge, retractable awning, electric brakes, backup camera, glass-covered stovetop, dual propane tanks

In addition, this includes several additional modifications and items beyond the initial purchase: A custom-fit UV-resistant cover, a solar panel kit (with one of the legs broken, but entirely usable), a Sani-Potty portable toiled (never used), a leveling set, a sway bar, an electric brake controller, a portable compressor tire pump, custom-made memory foam mattress toppers and covers, custom shelving, a custom battery meter cover, wheel and tow ball locks, outdoor carpet and doormat, and a whole lot of incidental items and supplies that we've added which make our stays very convenient and comfortable.

UPDATE: When I listed this, I was urgently looking to sell it because we were planning to move to Europe over the summer. We have changed our plans, so I'm not as set on selling it, but I am still open to selling this camper at some point, so please message me here or at daveberzack@gmail.com if you're interested in discussing that.
