Must go before June!! 2022 Wildwood X-Lite excellent condition! Can stay on lot at RV Park if owner of park approves you or you can take it where you like. hurricane strapped down currently. The park is 10 minutes from downtown sneads ferry and 15 minutes from the beach! Very light interior with white/grey colors. Bunkhouse in back and bedroom with camper queen upfront. All appliances in good working condition, AC is good. Propane heat and you have an electric furnace as well. Tons of storage under couches, dinette, bed and cabinets. Full pass through storage underneath and outdoor camp kitchen! All water, sewage and electrical connections will stay with the camper! Tires have been covered since put on lot in 2022. NO leaks. Camper has been washed/waxed regularly and well maintained. Blackout blinds have been put in, instead of the grey factory ones. Windows have been tinted as well. No carpet!
Disclosures: no mini fridge in outdoor kitchen. Bunkhouse futon was taken out for more storage room.
