UPGRADES WE ADDED:

-SuperSprings Sumo springs (TSS-107-40/47) for added stability and support
-50 amp plug
-2 air conditioners for added comfort. Both have softstarts so will run off of 30 amp. 1 will run off your a house 20 amp plug.
-Also included is the Equalizer anti sway stabilizer hitch (90-00-1200)
-Porcelain toilet to replace the plastic one that came with it.
-Residential queen memory foam mattress.
-Coffee table that doubles as extra seating and storage with 2 smaller foot stools with storage.

The bracket around the plug in the living room broke. The plug works fine.
The head rest on one of the recliners is peeling. Unfortunate that they haven't come up with a material that doesn't do that. The recliner with the full cover is fine.

Decor, toaster oven and coffee pot are not included. The sun shade hanging from the awning is not included in the sale either.
