RV Description
Title: WINNEBAGO ACCESS 29T
Asking Price: $15900
Description:
This 2007 Winnebago Access 29T has about 22,308 miles. Third owner. The RV has spent its time in Florida and Southeast Georgia.
ENGINE AREA: "Kill switch" keeps the power off when parked. Engine starts great. Washer fluid line was cut (not sure how or why but it is a clean cut) and needs to be replaced. The washer fluid motor was working last time we checked but we do not want to use it because the line is cut. Cab A/C turns on but does not blow hard. Cab heat turns on properly. Everything else seems to work well in terms of the transmission, PowerTrain, etc., but the alignment is off so that the steering wheel is not perfectly aligned straight, but the RV runs straight.
SLIDE: Works properly with no issues. Dinette was removed. Carpet replaced with synthetic flooring.
FRONT AREA: Carpet replaced with synthetic flooring. Roku TV is included.
KITCHEN: Water works fine. Water heater works well (with propane) - just flip a switch on the wall and wait a minute or so, then flip it off. Microwave works. The refrigerator never really worked since we bought the RV on 1/1/2023. A small electrical mini-refrigerator is included if you want it, which we used to keep in the "forehead" area. We replaced the faucets in the kitchen and they work well.
PROPANE: This has always worked well for us. It is a horizontal tank and is not removable (which is typically for Class C's). We used the propane for the hot water heater and we used it for the RV heater before that stopped working.
RV HEATER: Sometimes the air will blow, but the RV heater usually does not work.
CEILING A/C AND FAN: Works. There is much more power when connected to shore than with the generator.
"SPINNER": The ceiling "spinner" works and will also open up and remove heat from inside the RV.
BATHROOM: We replaced the toilet a couple years ago and it works. The sink also works. We removed the bathroom mirror and are still trying to replace it. We bought a mirror at Lowe's but are hopefully going to get a special RV mirror instead (hopefully order soon online).
SHOWER: Works.
BEDROOM: Everything works. We removed the bed, so you will need to get a short (a.k.a. RV) queen bed for this area. The bedroom has a working TV mounted. Carpet replaced with synthetic flooring.
"FOREHEAD": All of the plugs throughout work when plugged into shore power. The forehead is somewhat bare and one of the walls was mostly replaced on the interior - see pics.
GENERATOR: Onan, works. Uses the same gas the RV uses (i.e., regular unleaded).
STORAGE: All of the storage areas are normal. There are some items in there you can either have all or some of, like some tools.
ROOF: Seems fine. There has been some tape and adhesive applied to various areas.
AWNING: The awning is intact but we only tried to open it once and one of the arms was not cooperating.
I am planning to add information here as I answer questions in the order they come in.
