This motorhome is from Alabama and consequently has virtually no rust on the undercarriage or anywhere else on the entire chassis. It has the remarkably reliable Mercedes five cylinder diesel engine which normally run over 300,000 miles. I own another vehicle myself with the same engine that has 375,000 miles on it currently. This also gets incredible gas mileage. On our last trip we averaged 27 miles per gallon at 55 mph average speed. The tires have only a few thousand miles on them and everything on the motorhome works as it should, including the air-conditioning and the on-board generator. Fresh tune-up on engine. The awning is getting a little bit long in the tooth and could probably use replacement soon but aside from that everything is in top-notch condition. The entire interior has been steam cleaned and is in excellent condition, no rips or tears in anything. Includes all original manuals and all receipts.
